Authentic to the core � I loved the flavours I tried...they all look good! This place is a must try especially in the crazy Kochi heat ! Totally worth it �
Any flavour u want ,the chef can get it ready for u in less than half an hour. Needless to say, as long as the ingredients are available and the order is of a decent quantity.
From the existing flavours,
Whisky Cream is the closest u can come to whisky/rum flavoured desserts in kochi.
There's hazelnut ,a class of it own ,tat wud get nutella make a run for its money.
Then ders pistachio overflowing with actual ground pistachios.
Dried rose petals gelato
Dark chocolate is excellent and nothing but d devils indugence.
And then there is the chef's signature..... GINGER. A very clever way to help digest and satiate the Brindhavan ghee rich veg food restaurant customers ;)
